How the CSV editor works
Drop a .csv, .tsv, or .json file onto the upload zone above and the data opens in an editable grid — no install, no sign-in required. Files open by format: comma-separated values, tab-separated values, and JSON arrays each get the right parser. When you export, pick CSV, TSV, or JSON and the serializer will honour your choice.
Handling large files
The editor handles files up to 10 MB entirely in the browser. Virtualised rendering keeps scrolling smooth at that scale, and every operation — sort, filter, edit — runs locally without round-tripping to a server. Undo and redo cover your last 50 edits, so you can experiment freely and step back through recent changes.
Filtering and search
Open the Filters panel to narrow rows by column value or by regular expression. Combine multiple filters across different columns to isolate the subset you need. The search bar performs a global text match across every cell, so you can jump straight to a row without knowing which column it lives in. Clear all filters with one click to restore the full table.
Export formats
When you are ready to save, export the current view — including any active filters — as CSV, TSV, or JSON. The JSON export serialises each row as an object keyed by the header row, making it a drop-in source for APIs and downstream pipelines. Sign in to save files to your workspace and share them with collaborators via a private link or a public URL.
